I miss you blog

Hi.

It's me.  I blogged about the wedding I photographed 2 weeks ago today on my photography blog.  I thought I'd share the link on here.  The bloggy isn't all fixed up the way I'd like it yet, but I wanted to show the wedding images bigger than what I can on facebook.  Facebook is stinky for photos anyway.  So here's the link -  www.saraparsonsphotography.com  - and the reason for all the quiet around here on this old blog of mine.  I just read all my comments on my facebook page and I'm literally so choked up... it may have something to do with the fact that I went to bed at 2am last night, but I honestly am just so so so thankful for the support of my friends.  It means the world to me.

Good night all.

bri's maternity session!!

I loved everything about this session, these two are the cutest couple ever.  We met up at Discovery Park in Seattle.  We looked up photos of the place on the internet.  It looked awesome; reminded me of South Beach here in Friday Harbor.  Well.... we didn't really know our way around the place and I blame it on the lack of signage!  We hiked a couple miles up with clothes, step ladders.... only to find out that we could have driven up to the top.  Haha!  We got our workout.  We never did find the exact spot we were looking for because according to the map (which some nice lady gave us because we literally had no idea where we were going; the place is HUGE!) it looked like it was a ways away.  So instead, we found a nice grassy area with some sun and some shade.  It was perfect.  With these two, you don't need much.

Thanks Bri and Phil!  I had so much fun and I cannot wait for baby girl to arrive!!

when they came to visit

Finally, I'm blogging.  We had so much fun when Sean's brother and family came to visit.  I wish they lived next door.   Here's a little glimpse into their visit to our crazy house...

We ate good thanks to Nathan who stopped at Costco before coming.

Yep, that's 10 dozen eggs and there are 7 gallons of milk in the fridge.

Ella liked to play in Ava's seat.

The girls played a lot of playdoh.

Jonah and Collin played a lot of Hot Wheels.

We drank some hot chocolate.  Why, you ask... because it rained almost the entire time they were here.

They swung and swung and swung some more and always with Pirates Booty in hand.

We went for a hike up Mt. Young and had a little picnic.

We payed a visit to the park and guess what?  They swung on the swings.

They took the Harley out for a spin.

We took some family photos and Sean even got a ticket on the way out to American camp.  Awesome.

Thanks for coming, Nathan and Rebecca.  Come again real soon.  xo
